Selected for Berlinale Talent Campus

Argentinian filmmaker and NALIP member María Laura Ruggiero has been invited to attend the 6th BERLINALE TALENT CAMPUS in Berlin from February 9th to the 14th, 2008. She passed a selection of 3300 applicants from 120 countries. Not only has she been selected as Young Talent by the Berlinale for the second time, but she was also selected to attend the Talent Project Market 2008 with her feature film project Arches. The project will be one of the 11 Talent Projects presented in the official Project Catalogue, alongside the 25 regular Official Projects of the Berlinale Co-Production Market. This catalogue will be sent to the approximately 350 participants of the Berlinale Co-Production Market (financiers, sales agents, producers who are interested in becoming involved in the selected projects) prior to the event. Meetings can be requested through SeirenFilms or contacting the Berlinale Talent Campus’ team. Arches is the only Latin American Project selected for this program.
